Lisa Laughing

Are you feeling a little overwhelmed when it comes to knowing where to start to get healthier?   Do you feel stuck in your journey right now?  Whether you’re just beginning or someone that’s been on your journey for a while and just needs a reboot, you need one thing – a calm voice of reason in what can be the chaos of health and wellness sites on the World Wide Web.  I’ve been down the road you’re on and succeeded; I know the detours and wrong turns,  which information is legit and which is just trying to lure you in as a number on their downline. I’m the person you need as your navigator.

Since 2008, I have been researching, experimenting and proving to myself what works and what doesn’t.  I know how to crack the code on marketing hype and drill down into the message being spun.  With a tender heart for people in the same situation, I decided to switch my focus from working as group fitness instructor to helping others on a personal, one-to-one or with-friends basis and spread the message and excitement of better health. During the day you can find me behind my iMac doing one of two things – working with local clients or running my online business serving others around the world. In the evenings I’m usually playing with my rescue Chihuahuas or leading a fitness class with the people divinely brought into my life through Zumba, Zumba Gold and SilverSneakers.

If you’re ready to make a bold move, to grow older in a bolder way and not conform to the standard of aches-and-pains that people assume go along with aging, go drop your mouse pointer on that “Contact” button up there and let’s get started.

Pro bio:  Lisa Irish is the sharp and sassy force behind Second Act Wellness, a company that helps people who know that aging is inevitable, but getting old is optional.  She is known for motivating people to be enthusiastic about their journey, for shaking up old long-held beliefs that small steps don’t matter, and igniting a flame in people that thought their poor health was just the way things were going to be.  She is a former department supervisor for the local YMCA and holds an office in her local community’s committee for betterment of her area.  She is a former Revlon Women to Watch candidate and has guest blogged on several sites.
