I’ve been down the road you’re on and succeeded; I know the detours and wrong turns, which information is legit and which is just trying to lure you in as a number on their downline. I’m the person you need as your navigator.
Since 2008, I have been researching, experimenting and proving to myself what works and what doesn’t. I know how to crack the code on marketing hype and drill down into the message being spun. With a tender heart for people in the same situation, I decided to switch my focus from working as group fitness instructor to helping others on a personal, one-to-one or with-friends basis and spread the message and excitement of better health. During the day you can find me behind my iMac doing one of two things – working with local clients or running my online business serving others around the world. In the evenings I’m usually playing with my rescue Chihuahuas or leading a fitness class with the people divinely brought into my life through Zumba, Zumba Gold and SilverSneakers.
